Added TRACS form 27061-H, Race and Ethnic Data Reporting, for all household members. Added additional related fields to the TRACS data source and updated certification reports accordingly. Cases: 11213 and 11391
Added additional auditing tables to Waiting List Applications, so that past rankings can be recalculated/recreated as of a given date. Added the new Waiting List Rankings by Date report to the Waiting List Reports menu. Cases: 3472 and 11336
Added the ability to reactivate a customer and customer accounts from the WinTen2+ Customer screen, without having to go to TAR. Inactive customers can be reactivated from the Actions menu at the top of the Customer screen. Inactive accounts can be reactivated from the Actions menu to right of the account on the Account Summary tab of the Customer screen. Case: 11106
Fixed an error that could sometimes occur on ACH payments, where the Payee would incorrectly pull from the mailing address. Case: 11310
Enhanced manual 1099 adjustments to prevent an issue related to duplicate check numbers. If the receipt/check number for a 1099 adjustment was the same as one of the agency's check numbers in a future check run, it would cause an error in that check run. With the current enhancement, if the 1099 adjustment is negative (a payment to the agency), the system will allow the number to be reused in a future check run, which causes no problem. If the 1099 adjustment is positive (a payment to the customer), and if the number is the same as one in a future check run, the system will skip that check number in the check run. When this happens, the system will also prompt the user with the option to update the check numbers within that check run, so they are all sequential. Case: 1887
Added two options (Add Credit Memo and Add Charge) for incoming-portability households, now available on the Incoming Households tab of the Housing Authority screen, from the Actions menu to the right of a household. Case: 11338
Added the Cash Drawer Maintenance screen, accessible under Tenant Accounts Receivable in the Home tab menu. This screen allows the opening, balancing, and depositing of cash drawers from WinTen2+. Case: 11313

Fixed an issue where Number of Vouchers Under Lease (HAP Contract) on the Last Day of the Month was including non-VMS contract types. To correct this, when you click the View Details link for this line item on the VMS screen, it will now open a second, separate tab to show any non-VMS contracts. Case: 10454
Fixed the Tenmast Support link on the Home tab to link to the correct version of Team Viewer. Case: 11354
Fixed a bug on the Schedule Inspections screen, on Section 8 Quality Control inspections, where the apartment number was sometimes missing from the Address column of the grid. Case: 11162

Fixed a PIC error that could occur incorrectly when finalizing a certification, caused by a bug on validation of Box 15ad for prorated households. Case: 11382

Fixed an issue where a reopened certification could not be finalized because of having no open unit offer. Case: 11344
Added an option to create a New Admission certification for incoming-portability tenants who receive dual subsidy. After the tenant has been ported-in, the New Admission certification for the second subsidy type can be created on the Household screen, from the Actions menu: Create New Admission (new program type). Updated the Terminate HAP Contract dialog box, so that it now defaults the Final Month's HAP and URP amounts to $0. Case: 11204
Updated the certification data sources to include income exclusion information and additional 50058 fields. Case: 11337

Enhanced the Schedule Inspections screen to allow deleting a requested inspection. To access this option, select View: Requested Inspections, and then right-click the inspection in the grid on the left. (You can delete an inspections only if it has not yet been scheduled and if it is not a request for reinspection after a failure.) Case: 518
Fixed the TenDocs Quick Load screen, for the Household category, so that the search for household members now returns only currently active members, instead of the full history. Case: 11386
Fixed an error where the Transcode was sometimes incorrect on the following eTrans records: VOID, HQS, and Issuance of Voucher. (Also corrected prior eTrans records with this problem.) Case: 11184
Added the ability to print statements for Incoming Portables, which include transaction listings and are printable as of any date. This option is available from the Actions menu on the Housing Authority screen. Case: 11312
