With the current enhancement, if the 1099 adjustment is negative (a payment to the agency), the system will allow the number to be reused in a future check run, which causes no problem. If the 1099 adjustment is positive (a payment to the customer), and if the number is the same as one in a future check run, the system will skip that check number in the check run. When this happens, the system will also prompt the user with the option to update the check numbers within that check run, so they are all sequential. Case: 1887 |
